  • Where to start or how to order with you?
    To start with us you first need to create a free account by filling register form. After registration is complete you will be redirected to login area from where you can fill the order form to place an order. click here to register
  • What is (One-Time Order Form) and who can use it?
    One Time Order Form is for people who have only one time order and who do not want to use our services again. Those who have regular order they need to register with us. click here to register
  • What is your turnaround time?
    Next day early morning is our standard delivery.(6am in the morning)
  • How to place edits/revision with you?
    Once your order is completed after purchase an edit button will appear in front of your order row. By clicking on that button you can place edit.
  • How do I can talk to real person?
    Just send a reply in online chat and you will be able to chat with a real person.
  • Do you offer customised digitizing as per my requirements?
    Yes we do please send an email on with detailes instructions and we will do it.
  • Do you keep backup of all the designs if I lost them?
    Yes our website is cloud based and all your designs remain stored in your account for anytime and anywhere download.
  • I forgot my password how to reset it?
    Just click on the login button and on the left hand side there is a text in red color "Forgot Password" just click on it and follow the procedure.
  • I want stitch count in my design reduced can you do that?
    Yes we can do that upto certain extent without quality compromise.
  • Do you actually run design before delivery?
    Yes we do test all your digitized designs before delivery for errors and then inspect it deeply to check quality errors of any kind and removes them. Your final output will be completely error free.
  • How do you ensure quality?
    We have a quality check team which are digitizer having experience of min 15+ years. They check all designs in minute details and removes all the possible errors before sewout. Once sewout is done then they inspect sewout with design image and remove remaining errors if any. After their approval you will get your design.
  • How I will get my final digitized files?
    Once your design is digitized and ready for download you will get an email on your registered email confirming the same. Once you received the email then just login into our website and pay for the order. After payment is successful a download button will appear in front of your order, you can download your design on clicking that button.
  • What if I dont like your quality or not satisfied with final output?
    You will get 100% full money refund for that particular order.
  • What if my format or placement are not available in order form?
    Dont worry you just need to mention it in instructions and we will follow what you have written in instruction instead of what you have selected in options. We work will all formats and placement even if they are not listed.
  • Do you digitize from sewout?
    Yes we do digitize from sewouts.
  • How do you accept payments?
    We accept payment by paypal.
  • Do you offer volume discount?
